During her time at Kincoppal-Rose Bay, Danielle held numerous leadership positions including Head of Junior School and Acting Deputy Principal. She has led transformational initiatives including embedding student-centred leadership, which sought to champion a culture of continuous improvement while integrating global perspectives to prepare students for a diverse and interconnected world.
At the heart of Danielle’s leadership philosophy is her dedication to building meaningful relationships with all members of school communities. She invests in learning the stories of students, families and staff to ensure they feel valued, enabling open communication, shared purpose, collective growth, and a culture of trust.
Upon her appointment as Head of Junior School at Kincoppal-Rose Bay, Danielle led a strategic transformation focused on academic rigour and student wellbeing, using 360-degree feedback from students, parents, and staff to guide improvements. She introduced Professional Learning Communities to drive student outcomes through data-informed SMART goals and structured Action Plans. As a school leader, she prioritises operational efficiency and rigorous child protection, implementing robust safeguarding frameworks, behaviour policies, and parent codes of conduct in collaboration with teachers, psychologists, and wellbeing staff.

Reflecting on her appointment, Danielle said, “I am deeply honoured to lead the Knox Grammar Prep community from 2026.
