The Knox Triathlon Team of Angus Menzies (swim), Mitch Westhuizen (cycle) and James Constable (run) came first at the NSW All Schools Triathlon Championships at the Sydney International Regatta Centre.
Mitch Westhuizen (Year 8) finished first overall in the Juniors’ Race, winning by over 50 seconds and cementing his position in the NSW team to compete at the National Championships in April at Harvey Bay.
Tom Constable competed in the Intermediate Boys’ Event and finished sixth overall.

Our senior students recently gathered for the 2026 Knox Careers Insight Evening. The evening opened with a powerful keynote from Aden Mann (OKG10), who challenged students to think differently about their futures and the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Drawing on his own journey since graduating from Knox in 2010, Aden shared practical advice on career adaptability and lifelong learning.
