We are thrilled to announce that Knox Grammar School has been recognised as a winner in Xref Engage’s 2024 Change Champion Awards.
Knox Grammar School
This prestigious accolade is awarded to organisations that demonstrate outstanding improvements in work practices and employee engagement.
Our success in this year’s awards is a testament to the positive shifts we have made in fostering a supportive and engaging work environment. Feedback from our recent surveys conducted through Xref Engage has shown a remarkable improvement in our overall employee wellbeing. Specifically, our change scores indicate an impressive 8.4% improvement between our last two engagement surveys.
This achievement places Knox Grammar School among the top change leaders in the large category (200 or more staff), where organisations must achieve a minimum of 5% positive change to qualify. Being part of this exclusive group highlights our ongoing commitment to enhancing the experience of our staff and underscores the effectiveness of our initiatives.
Congratulations to everyone who has contributed to this success!
