“It was an absolutely exceptional CAS, in both crowd and performances,” said Mia Hemsworth (Director of Athletics and Cross Country). "I couldn't be more proud of the boys.”
Whether competing for a podium finish or striving for a personal best, each student was met with immense support from the Knox community. The encouragement shown throughout the day and evening reflected the strength of the bonds within our school and the pride we take in one another's achievements.
Congratulations to our competitors on securing third place overall. We also acknowledge our fellow CAS schools for a highly competitive and memorable championship.
Thank you to Waverley College, Trinity Grammar School, Cranbrook School, Barker College and St Aloysius’ College for a memorable CAS Track and Field Championship and for contributing to a day of outstanding competition and sportsmanship.
